The traditional drink of Ecuador's Day of the Dead, made with purple corn flour, pieces of strawberry, pineapple and babaco, and the deep flavor of blackberry, mortiño and naranjilla. Scented with ancestral spices such as cinnamon, ishpingo, ataco and arrayán.
